All employees have the right to work in safety, and all employersâ duty is to make sure they do. Not only is it common sense. Itâs the law. But questions arise when it comes to choosing H&S training that is appropriate for your business.
Whatâs the point of health and safety training? The answer is in the question: itâs your employeesâ very health and safety â a work environment that reduces the likeliness of accidents and incidents and boosts the teamâs performance. Think about workplaces where everyone knows how to avoid risks, take decisions that are safety-minded, and feel that laws and regulations are all fully met
